The Nueva Ecija Eye and Laser Center, Inc. (NEELCI) was established on April 2, 1997, as the pioneer eye and laser center in Nueva Ecija. It has continuously delivered high-quality, comprehensive, and advanced eye care to its patients. NEELCI is a private tertiary eye care and referral center located in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija. With the competence and availability of its practitioners and the use of modern equipment, it provides the ideal setup to meet the eye care needs of residents in Nueva Ecija and neighboring provinces.

NEELCI is a joint venture between GoodSam Medical Center and a team of ophthalmologists, including a wide array of sub-specialty consultants in Glaucoma, Cornea and Refractive Surgery, Neuro-Ophthalmology, Pediatric Ophthalmology, Oculoplastic Surgery, Vitreo-Retinal Surgery, Uveitis, and Low Vision. The affiliation of these highly skilled and experienced practitioners with the Eye Center ensures the continued delivery of excellent quality eye care for all our patients.
