Goodsam Eye & Laser Center and PRBU3 Nueva Ecija Seal MOA to Strengthen Eye Care Support for PNP Retirees

Goodsam Eye & Laser Center, led by its Chairman of the Board Engr. Oscar Deus, has officially entered into a meaningful partnership with the PNP Retirement and Benefits Administration Unit 3 (PRBU3) – Nueva Ecijathrough a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing held recently.

The collaboration underscores a shared commitment to providing better eye health services to those who have served—supporting PNP retirees, their families, and beneficiaries with accessible, high-quality eye care.
